How to transport 'Draft' status of Financial Statement Versions in 3SL?

I have deactivated an FSV in Customizing tenant; hence the status is now 'Draft', but after transporting to Q/P, the status in those systems is still 'Active'.

Please note it's not possible to have a 'Draft' status for FSV's in Q or P systems for 3SL landscapes. To remove the FSV, it needs to be deleted in customizing and then transported.
