How to transfer domestic PO to GTS Customs Management?

Hi all,

we hope to create import declaration for certain domestic PO, because we're importing goods from some domestic vendors' Customs warehouse (inward processing warehouse or bonded warehouse). The imported goods should be declared and can only be added to our IP stock after declaration. However the standard blocks entry of domestic PO into the report to create import declaration prior to GR.

Can someone provide any advice how to enable the entry of the certain domestic PO into the report, so that import declaration can be created based on the domestic PO?

Not all domestic PO should be allowed to show up in the report to create import declaration prior to GR, only like POs from certain domestic vendor and for certain imported product.

Hi Sora

Standard SAP system won't allow to transfer domestic PO to GTS system.

However, SAP has provided use exit where you can put your own custom logic to transfer/stop documents to GTS system.

You may have a look at enhancement project SLLLEG01 in SMOD. You need developer support to have this checked and implement the logic as per business need.
