How to set up exclusion terms in SPL

I have found a post about the exclusion text table but I have set it up and still exclusion is not working. Are there additional things to perform in the system ?

Hi Olaf,

I think you have done the right steps. Are you saying the block is coming against word "LTD" or "John Smith Ltd" business partner has a block?

Can you attach the screenshot which shows the matching terms and the BP?

To be exact, I have added LTD to the exclusion list, reset the buffer, regenerated comparison index for SPL, regenerated comparison index for business partner and it is still blocking the partners eg. John Smith LTD.
