How to set Default Work-Status (0)

Hi Gurus,

don't know how I've done this but the Default WS (0) ist not set in productive System. I do see Status no. 1 (unlocked) 2 (submitted) 3 (approved) in Web UI and EPM but in the back end the Default Status (0) is not set. Any idea on how I can repair that?

Hi Christian,

You can refer the following SAP Note:-

Additionally if in case the default 0 workstatus is missing from the UJW_STATCODE table run the program UJW_UP_INSERT_0_STATE to insert the default 0 workstatus. After running this program, verify that the table UJW_STATCODE has the default workstatus.
