How to send Issues/Deficiencies output as an attachment in automated monitoring in GRC PC

Hi All,

I have the following inquiry in CCM - Automated monitoring concept.

How is it possible to send Issues/Deficiencies listing as a mail attachment to the Processor (Control Owner) when wf is triggered through automated monitoring in GRC PC.

Please provide ways to address this requirement.

HI,

You can configure offline workflow process which can then sends the deficiencies and issues via a PDF attachment.
