How to schedule BPC Backup in background

Hello,

I have been trying to locate documentation for scheduling a BPC backup but in vain.

Intention is to schedule backup job in SM36 with DDMMYY extension.

Due to large string size, backups fail and SAP OSS recommended to split Audit Data from the actual backup.

So I need help to create a new variant in BPC backup on UJBR screen which will deselect Audit Data.

Hi Arvin,

You can create a variant in UJBR and choose the background radio button, then just schedule it normally like any other transaction.

What is your BPC backend patch level?
