How to run a script on all the quotes for a user login CPQ

I would like to make an API call for each Quote to get the status of the order from order fulfillment system and update the result in corresponding Quote.

Please help me with know how to run a script on all the quotes for a user login.

Imagine user has 100 quotes ..than you would need to get data from 100 orders and write back in all 100 quotes..right? when implementing requirement please have in mind how that impacts performance.

Mabe do this on quote edit/view/rendering or even better use order status update as a trigger to update data in the corresponding quote..

Hi Pritam,

You might be looking at this the wrong way... Why not have the fulfillment system update 1 CPQ quote whenever there is an update on its side? This would be a better design in my mind... Just a suggestion!

This is not possible and is not a use case. Kindly raise a improvement request in customer Influence Portal
