SPRO Tcode.

You need to navigate to SPRO->REFX->Correspondence->PDF-Forms. Where you can define forms

when i change form name the form field doesn't change and the edits i make on the z form doesn't appear

when i choose edit content and change form name to the ZFORM " Z3RE_CN_020", standard form name '' RE_CN_020" doesn't change and edits i made on Z3RE_CN_020 doesn't apply when i test the contract from recn tcode

You need to be more clear here.

1. Are you not able to save your z form name in the configuration or

2. you saved it but your zform didnt appear when you execute it in recn?

The whole case is as follows

I want to change this text appears when printing contract form from tcode RECN

i try to replace the standard form name RE_CN_020 from tcode SPRO with the customized form ZRE_CN_020 but the form field doesn't change

and when printing contract from tcode RECN now the changes I made in ZRE_CN_020 doesn't appear

Find your Application and Give your ZFORM .
