How to remove Public(Company) folder in BPC EPM

Hi ,

Could you please let me know how to disable access to the Public(Company) folder through EPM in BPC,as we need to give access to only required folder.

As the Public folder having access to copy the reports of financial data which we do not want to show/allow the Team to view/copy

When some user has opened/created some report it can be:

1. Saved on local PC and sent by e-mail

2. Saved on network share visible for everybody

3. Printed 🙂

It's not a system but administration question!

Not possible!

If the user is able to open file then he can save it to any location. Try to understand that BPC templates are just Excel files!
