How to remove GRC template in NWBC?

Hello,

I want to remove template which is no longer in use.This template has to be removed from GRC end user logon so to avoid unnecessary request being raised for the same. I have deleted the EUP ID (SPRO-> GRC->Access control->user provisiong->maintain end user personalization). I am still able to view the template in NWBC, template based request screen.

Could you let me know how to remove it from NWBC?

Hi Meena,

To remove the created request template, you need to perform action in NWBC by navigating to

Access Management --> Access Request Administration --> Template Management

where you have option to delete the created request template
