How to obtain Data Packages Logs (For selection made by users)

Hi experts,

I've learnt from the forum that from SE16, I can access table UJD_STATUS to view the logs of the status of data packages.

However, I need to find more detailed information in terms of the selection made by users for each of the data packages run.

Is there anywhere that I can obtain such information?

But what is the idea in general? Why do you need to look on tables instead of simply view status?

If I were to view status from excel, I can only find the status for this month and last month.

The information that I am trying to obtain is for older periods.

No, you should see all logs in Data Manager. Just change page number in the right lower corner.

There is no restriction to view logs only for the last 2 months. May be the clean up procedure is implemented in your system. Then the information will be removed from the tables also...

Hi,

You can go to Data Manager Tab -> View Status -> Double-Click on the package that was run ->

Go to Package Log

See the section containing ' SELECTION = ....'

The selections made for the dimension prompts can be seen.

The View Status only shows packages up to the previous month, I am trying to find the older packages (say.. 6 months ago).

Yes, you can find that info in t/a UJFS or UJF_DOC(TREE) tables.

UJF_DOC and UJF_DOCTREE.
