How to MASS POST/UNPOST JOURNALS??

hi all

In BPC Web front end, in Journals, I've selected 9 Journals and click on "Post".

However, BPC throws an error message saying "post - Failed"

I checked and found the it posted 4 Journals (status is "Posted"), but the other 5 Journals is still in "Saved" status.

Same issue with Unpost.

That means I only can post 4 Journals at one time. I've hundred of Journals and it is taking me too much time.

Does anyone knows how to resolve this issue?

Hello Edmund,

In order to help with this issue I would like some additional information.

1. What is the version of BPC that you are currently using when you see this behavior?
- Example: BPC 10.0 NW SP15

2. Does this behavior happen only with copyto or even with new postings for journals?

1. I'm using BPC NW 10.0 SP09

2. Only happens for posting Journals or unposting it. No problems with copy, I can copy hundreds to next period with no issues.

Your BPC SP is very old, please consider to upgrade your SP.

You're right...

I upgraded my BPC NW 10.0 from SP09 to SP13 and it can mass post Journals. Same with unpost.

I have tried on my system and i am able to post 20 entries at a time.

I am on BPC 10.1 SP 08

Try upgrading your BPC
