How to manage percentage condition type with minimum rate

Hi Expert,

I need your help.

How to create condition in leased out contract with minimum calculation for admin fee (onetime charging).

The calculation is coming from % of basic rent (Calculation E1), but there is a minimum rate for admin fee.

If the percentage calculation from basic rent is less then minimum rate, then customer will be charged by minimum rate.

Hi Budi,

Let me reiterate your requirement.

Minimum admin fee = 200$

Basic Rent =1500 USD per month

Admin Cost is say 10% of Basic Rent condition = 10% of 1500, 150 USD.

Since here admin cost calculation is 150 USD which is less than 200 USD (minimum admin cost), you want system to charge 200 USD instead of 150 USD.

Your requirement requires if and but condition which unfortunately standard RE will not be able to handle. You may need to get in touch with your technical person to do this development.

I still will get in system and see if we can have any out of box solution.

Thank you for your input.

I have discussed with my client about this limitation and they agreed to use manual comparison then input as fixed amount.
