How to make 'Grant Access to your Company Admin' option Active by default

Hello Experts,

Path: SAP CPQ User > User Profile

There are two things that I'm trying to implement,

1. I would like to keep 'Grant Access to your Company Admin' option ACTIVE, by default
2. For existing users, I would like to uniformly update the 'Grant Access to your Company Admin Until' date option to a future date

I would highly appreciate your feedback.
