How to maintain a empty value in Master data for a field in PaPM Cloud

Hi Experts,

Can you please let us know as to how we could maintain a empty / blank value for any field in Master data section of PaPM as currently it throws error as attached here.

Hello Soundarya,

It is not possible to maintain empty/blank field in Config table of Master data, since Value field is unique identifier for every Master data value.

On the other hand, if your goal is to have empty/blank field in the show screen, it is possible to choose it from the dropdown menu for every Master data column.
