How to lock a Cost Centre and Profit Centre, so that BPC users should not post any data

Hi,

Have a requirement to lock a Profit Centre and Cost Centre so that BPC users are not allowed to post any data (any category). These Profit and Cost Centres are locked in ECC so that users cant post any data. The BPC users are also required the functionality. IS it possible to achieve without using WorkStatus.

We are on BPC 10.1 NW Standard, BW 7.4 SP21.
