How to install Sample Content on PaPM On-Premise?

How to install Sample Content e.g. (“OECD BEPS2.0 Base-Erosion and Profit Shifting”) on PaPM On-Premise?

This guide Sample Content (sap.com) only provides the instructions to install the Sample Content in PaPM cloud and I do not see a similar way in On-Premise.

It says I have to upload the Sample Content into the Content Network but can not find it in On-Premise. Link of Content Network Content Network | SAP Help Portal

It appears that the link you have provided is indeed for PaPM Cloud. Here is what you need to check for PaPM On Premise .
