How to include Cap Labor in P&L by Cost Center

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to include cap labor (ie reduction of payroll that ends up on the balance sheet via Investment or WBS) in the P&L.  We report our P&L by cost center and from what I can tell the transactions/settlements that occur for time entries to Investment/WBS are not tagged to a cost center.  So how do we properly report the P&L net of cap labor split by cost center?
