How to have one to many and many to one Owner and manager in BPF

Hi Experts,

I need help to configure BPF in SAP BPC NW 10.1 .

My requirement is

I have a 2 department

Department 1

Department 2

now each department having 3 different templates

temp 1

temp 2

temp 3

Each template should be reviewed by different Manger .

Now that the problem how to achieve this and my client want to spared these templates to both the department at a time .One one achieve this ?

Hi Ravi,

If you have multiple reviewers requirement then you can create multiple reviewer properties in your entity dimension...and for each template create a new activity and assign the reviewer accordingly....same is for owner! Its a workaround.

I am doing like that but the problem is suppose department 1 is have to fill 2 templates and they do not want to fill one by one may be in the department many member are there and they want to start work on both the template at a time on that we can not put it into activity becasue

one activity will complete then only you can start another ?

that is my problem ...

please suggest

If you have multiple departments then you can use Opening criteria as "Matched" and then for multiple departments same template can be opened! But for same department all 3 templates opened at a time is not possible.....
