we got the request from our dutch accountant to generate an XAF File for Auditors. Although XAF seems to be obligatory since 2010 we were not aksed until now to provide such information. When I check the Support Portal I found a lot of notes how to establish this function by using the SAP Document and Reporting Compliance but these are all valid only for S/4 HANA.
So although we have licensed SAP DRC due to other request we do not have S/4 HANA at the moment, we are still running on ECC 6.18.
There are also some very rough descriptions how to enable ECC by using DART and AIF to generate this file but these explanation are not detailed enough and AIF Setup is not really smart.
I would be pleased if somebody with an SAP ERP 6.18 share his/her customer expierence with me how to deal with this challenge.
