how to extend your subscription contracts automatically via background monitoring in SAP BRIM

Hi Team,

I have setup a auto renewal subscription contract by selecting parameters in products data and solution quotation.

Even after the contract end date has passed the contract have not auto extended as per setting ?

Do i need setup some monitoring job , any help on job setup if any is appreciated.

Hi,

The report program should be configured to run periodically as a job.

Report Name is RSPPFPROCESS.

Follow the documentation shared on this list Auto Renewal .

Also if you are using SAP 2020 version you might need to raise OSS notes, as there few bugs which need OSS notes to implement.
