How to exclude the step of review in disclosure survey

Dear Experts,

I´m trying to exclude the reviewer in disclosure survey of SAP GRC-PC 10.1, but I saw that is not so easy.

I excluded the business event --> 0PC_REVIEW_DISCSVY but the system keep to sending the task to be reviewed.

Someone knows how to exclude this step?
