How to exclude member combination from report

Dear Friends ,

I need to exclude member combination form report.  For example :  Account  -  A  and  Product -  B  , combination should not appear in report.  I am trying with exclude member option in edit report but  it  seems to  provide  "OR"  functionality  , but we need "AND" functionality .  When  both condition true only then it won't appear.

Please help how to achieve  this requirement.

P.S. On this sample:

The relation between INACCT condition and TITLES condition is "AND"

"OR" is related to conditions for the same dimension!
