How to Drop Actual data and Re- Initialize

Hello Experts,

I am new to BPC and currently facing the below issue. Please help.

Issue:  The actual data for an entity in BW is not in align with data in BPC. This is due to some changes done in the BW side. Now the data in BW need to be in align with BPC data bu it is not.

For this we wanted to drop the data in BPC and re-initialize. As im new to BPC and never did this activity before, please help me in this activity.

Hi Sandeep,

If you are in testing / realization phase of project, you cab run clear package to clear the data of BPC and then run full load form BW to BPC.

Otherwise changing actual data is risky.

Hi Shrikant,

This activity needed to be done in production. That is the reason i am more concerned about.

How can we drop the actual data for member in dimension.Like if the dimension has two members (A and B) and I wanted to drop the data for 'B' member but not 'A'.

Hi Sandeep,

You have clear data manger package in BPC that you can do selective deletion of data.

If you have access to that you can run it and do import after that.
