How to download the new ESEF base taxonomy from note 2827882

Dear SAP Experts,

I would like to download the new ESEF base taxonomy from SAP note 2827882 - DM - How to get ESEF taxonomy files. I found a link (called SHARED) where to access to a sharefolder. Unfortunately access is denied for my user.

It seems that the access to this folder is managed by the Microsoft account and not by OSS user, because if I try to log in with another OSS user, with more rights, nothing changes: the access to sharefolder is always done by my Microsoft account. How can I log in to this share folder?
