How to Display changes to an Export License

I am having issues in GTS version 10.0 understanding the change log for an export license using transaction SAPSLL/LCLIC_MAIN>Environment>Change History. The information given is not useable by my team. Is there a clearer way to review the change history of an export license in GTS?

Dave, while we wait for Adam to share his requirement, I can share my view as a GTS user (myself) for change document functionality:

• The data is organized in a tree format, which is quite cumbersome to navigate, table format will be better.
• No possibility to search or filter, any such feature will help.

Hi Adam,

Could you give reason(s) for the lack of usability by your team? Is it that the format or layout isn't clear, or are data missing from the report?

Based on your answer(s), perhaps the development team could derive additional requirements for the next version.

Hello Adam,

The 'Change Document' function is provided for all license master report by default, you should be able to see the change history once there is a change to the license, otherwise there is no information available.

Adam, to my knowledge, there is no other standard way of viewing the change history. However, the data is coming from underlying tables, unless you wish to invest into a new report to present data in the way you would like.
