How to disable help values from AO

Dear Experts,

We are facing an issue where a comment DSO is not working properly. System used is BPC Embedded 10.1 on HANA.

We have created a direct update planning enabled ADSO for the comments functionality and added the characteristics as key figures to solve our resolve.

The comment field should be a free text field but currently in AO we are seeing help values against the input cell and it is not saving any new values to the database. Instead when we are trying to save the new data using RSRT the query submits the data correctly.

Attaching the value help screen and the warning we are receiving. Please help if you seen any similar issue.

We are using BPC Embedded version, please see attached the screenshot for more details.

Hi Vivek,

you should give us information about AO version and BPC version you are using. I have heard about this effect when AO 2.7x versions were used, in this case maintain parameter

BICS_NEW_MASTER_DATA = X

in table RSADMIN.
