When running the Cash Flow process chain using RUNCALCACCOUNT, there are business rules to which the destination accounts are based to.
In this case, M100 (Beginning Balance) is part of the source / input for a specific destination account (see Screenshot#1). However, I'd like to note that there are two segments in the time dependent hierarchy currently defined in the system - 01/01/1000 - 09/29/2020 and 09/30/2020 - 12/31/9999.
The values I need for M100 (Beginning Balance) as an input to Cash Flow 2020 is the ending balance for 2019.12 (which belongs in the first segment of the time dependent hierarchy).
Is there a way to ensure that the business rules will read the M100 under Key Date 2019.12 although the Cash Flow account is 2020.12 (on the 2nd segment).

You are running RUNCALCACCOUNT using script logic!
In DM package like default formulas logic you can specify key date that will be used. Only one key date will be used to run logic.
