How to delete item in Consignment issue which is blocked

Hello all,

I need to delete a Consignment issue in SAP, which is blocked due to credit check.
Firstly I have to delete the line item in the order, but I get the error "Deleting items might cause issues in downstream systems."

How can I delete the item, then the order and to create a new one?
