How to create Product Sold Group & Customer Group to be used in Manage Allocations?

We are trying to perform the allocation based on group of customer and group of products.

Could you please let us know the Transaction to create the Product Sold Group & Customer Group for COPA Assessment Cycle in Public Cloud Platform.

Note - App Used for the creation of COPA Assessment Cycle: "Manage Allocations."
