HOW TO CREATE NEW NOTIFICATION EVENT IN GRC.

Hello Team

Could you please let us know how to create a new Notification event in GRC?

We have only 5 Standard notification event in GRC.

Also,if I had to set an email notification to a particular user other than requester and user after the GRC request is approved,how can we do this?

Regarding your second question:

You can create a custom Agent in MSMP step #3:

• Agent ID = Z____
• Agent Purpose: Notification
• Agent Type: PFCG Roles
• Role: <select which role will be the identifier for this agent>

Then map this agent as a recipient in the path/stage notification settings for the event. You wont be able to use the global notification event in stage 1, but you could add a notification event to the final stage of the workflow path that includes this agent.
