How to create a request in GRC from Gateway?

I have implemented GRC Request Access app in fiori. When I create request from "Request Access", I am getting error "Item '0001' resulted to ''; cannot resolve path; check routing mapping". Please find attached error snapshot.

Hence is request is getting failed and not showing up in "GRC Access Approver"

Moreover, if requests are created in GRC system, it is successfully coming up in "Check Request Status" and "GRC Access Approver".

if any body has faced this error before, please help me to resolve the issue

Issue in Initiator rule.

Please check your initiator rules, and how it is mapped in MSMP.
