In the past, couple of times, you have been requested to put some efforts to search first to find out answers to your query but you ignored Moderators' requests and continue to post so many basic queries which is not good.

Please try to adhere to SCN RoE and put some efforts in searching before creating any discussion. The discussion what you created has been discussed many times in SCN.

We would like to encourage people who have made some efforts and stuck at any particular instant, which i don't see is the case here.

Please use this method to achieve your result

You can find whether an order is open order from the table VBUK . Query VBUK on the field GBSTK for the status.

Get the list of sales order for the Period and you can use the

FM BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_GETSTATUS .
