How to create a macro to quickly extract a report to Excel?

Hello experts,

I often need a specific report from SAP UP6 - transaction Y_UD2_51000333 - to be downloaded for me with one click. I mean to encode (?) specific data that is now entered manually into columns so as to avoid entering it every time. How is it possible to create a macro for this?

How do I do it now:

1. I enter the Y_UD2_51000333 transaction in UP6
2. I delete the data that is in the columns automatically in the layout
3. I enter the data for which I want a report - company code value, profit centers group, profit and loss accounts group, balance sheet account group
4. I click 'open'
5. the report appears in Excel

I would like to encode this without having to do steps 2-4.
