is there any config or badi/userexit to block SO/PO/OBD/IBD transfer to GTS system.

Implement badi /SAPSLL/CTRL_SD0A_R3 for Sales Order. You can find all Badi's by searching /SAPSLL/CTRL* related to PO, IBD, OBD etc.
