Hi community,
We have a problem with multiple BPC sessions. BPC enter with the EPM Add-in from Excel that goes through HTTP instead of through SAPGUI.
Is there any parameter to control this sessions?
We have a looked to the notes 2105302 and 1841303 and it doesn´t work when the EPM Add-in is used even if the connections are HTTP.
we have made the resolution of the note 1841303 - Multiple Logon Restriction in case of webgui / ITS with parameter login/disable_multi_gui_login [VIDEO]
Check for Multiple logon and when doing tests it hasn´t worked.

Hi Alfredo,
Normally, we would suggest by revisiting the server sizing.
Can you test by applying 2105302 on this service: SICF -> sap/EPM_BPC?
Please do at your own risk as I am unsure the impact to any existing BPC EPM functionality.

Hi Vadim,
we´ve serious performance problems in our productive BPC system. Basically, all dialog processes are busy when the program "rsad_infocube_read_remote_data" read data from the BW system in such a way there is a system degradation and the end users can´t access to the system.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry, but what is the issue? What do you want to achieve?
