How to consume GRC AC web service GRAC_USER_ACCES_WS from non SAP solution

The wsdl should be generated from tcode SOAMANAGER for the

GRAC_USER_ACCES_WS

Hi Ramesh. Thank's. The problem in soamanager is. There isn´t a service created for GRAC_USER_ACCES_WS. I click in "Create Service", but i don't know the url. Where can i get this information ?
