How to clean a GRC obsolete data (Access Requests, EAM Logs, Owners, etc)

Hello there everyone, we are planning to create a new Client for one of our divisions here and we would like to know how can we clean it up since the SAP_ALL was one of the only option of profile we had to bring the standards and customization we have made and it also brought access requests, logs, and everything else that will not be useful for our new users.

Is there any best practice on that kind of "clean up"?

I´ve found the solution myself after some researches:

Through SARA tcode, you can write a Archive of everything by selecting the archive object GRFNMSP and them select to delete it in SARA itself.

Now my GRC is empty of old/obsolete requests.
