How to check Application Logs of Imported Financial Plan Data?

In the application "Import Financial Plan Data" we import the budget plan in CSV. 

We would like to know the version history information for registering budgets in that app as a CDS Views.

The report information we want is below.

1. Name of the person who performed the CSV import
2. Date and time when CSV import was executed
3. Imported CSV file name

You can follow the below steps to check details of the Imported Financial Plan Data:

1. Go to Financial Plan Data app
2. Click on Related Apps
3. Click on Open Application Logs
4. Here you can put the filter for the From and To fields
5. Click on Go
6. Further to see more details you can click on Settings to adapt the fields in the table
7. Further you can click on forward arrow (>) to see more details and here also you can adapt the fields to the table to see details

Name of the person who uploaded it In the above explanation (0003435259), "Currently this Application Logs doesn't capture the file name which is used to import the financial plan data." It seems that the file name cannot be obtained as log information. Are there any standard features?
