How to change company code currency from KHR to USD in S/4HANA Cloud

Hi,

I have a business requirement of changing our Cambodia company code currency (10) from KHR currency to USD. I understand that the company code currency (10) by default cannot be changed in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

I would like to know, is there any alternate solution or workaround for this?

Changing the company code currency directly in SAP S/4HANA Cloud is not possible.

However, you can manage multiple currencies within the system.

Here are some steps you can follow:

1. Define Additional Currencies: You can set up additional currencies for your company code. This allows you to use USD as a functional or reporting currency while keeping KHR as the company code currency.
2. Maintain Exchange Rates: Ensure that the exchange rates between KHR and USD are maintained in the system. This will allow for accurate currency conversion.
3. Configure Currency Settings: In the configuration settings, you can specify the additional currencies and their usage in financial reporting.

For multi and parallel currency is fine. But the issue is configuration like tolerance limit, lva, etc. all are by default in KHR, but customer policy is set in USD. Please let me know if any way that we can make it in USD instead.
