how to avoid field from spl screening

I have to avoid PO Box fields and communication fields to be screened while doing spl screening

Hi Amit ,

If you remove the PO box and email address from this customization ,system won't do screening for those fields or you can remove check object flag from below config .As others already mentioned above it won't screen if you remove the fields or remove the check object flag .

Check and let us know .Still exists share the configuration screenshot

Global Trade services -> Compliance management -> Sanctioned Party List Screening

-> Define Comparison Procedure -> Define Comparison Procedure for Address Comparison ->Detail control

If also depends if you want to include Address in your screening comparison. There are many reasons to screen Name/Country only (bypass address altogether). Name/Country only screening is typically recommended as best practice by MK/Descartes. If you want to screen address, then you need to manipulate the fields within the address. But if you screen Name/Country only, then you won't need to worry about PO Box. There's no "right" solution because GTS screens fields against fields rather than stringing all the fields together (which is how MK/Descartes, OCR, Visual Compliance, Amber Road, etc. work). Therefore your Compliance team needs to understand the pros/cons of each scenario and what works best for their business.

we are screening all information just want to exclude filed of PO box and email address because many time info is not correctly mention. Is there any solution for this

Hello Amit,

Go to SPRO setting

Global Trade services -> Compliance management -> Sanctioned Party List Screening

-> Define Comparison Procedure -> Define Comparison Procedure for Address Comparison

In this SPRO configuration,

First select SPL Comparison Procedure for which you want this change, then click on ASSIGNMENT OF ADDRESS FIELD -> Remove P.O. BOX field to avoid SPL check for this field.

it is not working even though PO Box filed are not mentioned in ASSIGNMENT OF ADDRESS FIELD, PO box fields are getting screened, Is any other solution for this
