How to attach documents to business partners on company code level

Dear all,

is there a chance to attach documents (pdf, txt, etc., etc.) to a business partner on company code level, not globally?

(S/4 rel. 1809 or 2023 on prem.)

Yes, you can, Open the BP in change mode for the role FLVN00 if a vendor or FLCU00 if a customer, then click on services for object button on the top left corner then attach your file then save, it will be displayed on only the company code view.

thanks Ahmedadel88, that works. Thanks for that. if I see correct, the program is szoring the files in SAP. Is it possible to configure a different storage location, maybe via archiveLink?
