How to add a check to a process chain that runs every 2 hours?

Hello team

I am quite new to SAP BW and google doesn't seem to be so helpful in my case.

I have a simple process chain that triggers 0WBS element master data into the process chain (only start process and the data target - local process chain). Process chain runs every 2 hours from 8:00 to 18:00 excluding weekends and holidays.

The task: Add a check to ensure that process chain doesn’t start before the previous load is finished. So the load that is scheduled at 10:00 does not start before the chain that started at 8:00 is finished. Can someone suggest a solution?
