How to Activate only a specific range of Subscriber Accounts

Dear Experts,

in a SAP CC 5.0.6 having a single catalog where we have two ranges of subscriber accounts:

• 9900XXXXX - range of subscriber accounts for service provider 1
• 1100XXXXX - range of subscriber accounts for service provider 2

We stopped the automatic contract activation (by setting the ACTIVATION_SCHEDULER_ENABLED = FALSE). We need to activate all the subscriber accounts starting with the range 9900XXXXXX without activating the other subscriber accounts. 

Unfortunately, the start_contract_activation does not support any kind of filter (as you can enter only the Ref Date and the Max Throughput). 

Is there any other option how to bulk activate them without the need to develop a program that calls the activation web service of CC with the chargingContractActivate service operation in bulk for all the contracts?

Any suggestion/hint is highly appreciated.

Hello, 

the only way is to use the web service, see Activate charging contracts in bulk. There is no other way to do it.
