How system calculates translation of purchase value after a outflow in security?

In order to explain to the users, I want the formula behind calculation of translation of purchase value, premium value and amortisation value. please find the attachment.

I'm able to find the method of calculating translation of purchase value, translation purchase value= (total past flows/total past nominal values)%*current outflow..It is calculated on weighted average method, but not able to calculate translated amortisation value.
