We are implementing RAR 1.3 and connecting it to a CPQ software to drive contract management like create, change, delete etc. I am stuck at a business requirement to unfulfill a performance obligaton. Can somebody explain what kind of data in required an RAIs to delete the fulfillment event which is already processed for a PoB?
The business requirement is - contract creation and fulfillment done for PoBs. However, business sees that fulfillment was done by error and need to revert it.
