How do I prepare a S/4HANA 1610 system for the Fiori Contract Management app?

I have an SAP S/4HANA 1610 on-premise system with SAP Real Estate Management and would like to use the Fiori app Contract Management of SAP Cloud for Real Estate, but I get errors about missing services.
