Hello dear user,

And thank you for asking your question in the SAP Community blog.

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition, you can check whether SAP Cash Management is activated and see which scope items are related to it by following these steps:

How to check if SAP Cash Management is activated :

1. Go to “Manage Your Solution” App (or “Configure Your Solution” for implementation projects):

    • Navigate to App Finder > search for “Manage Your Solution”.
    • Select the “Set Up Your Solution” tile.

2. Search for Scope Items:

    • In the Implementation Activities view, click on the “Scope” tab.
    • Enter “Cash Management” or specific scope item IDs in the search field.
    • Look for relevant scope items (see list below) and check their status (e.g., “Activated”).

3. Check the Configuration Environment:

    • In the “Manage Your Solution” app, under Application Area: Finance > Sub Application Area: Cash and Liquidity Management, check if related configuration steps are available.
    • If they are grayed out, Cash Management may not be activated.

4. Use Apps Related to Cash Management:

  • Cash Position Details
  • Liquidity Forecast
  • Manage Bank Accounts
    • Try opening apps like:
    • If these are unavailable or throw errors, it likely means the scope is not active.
