How can we map issue of equity shares by holding company to subsidiary company in SAP

Requirement is to map issue of equity and preference shares by holding company to its subsidiary. So for holding it is issue of shares and for subsidiary it is investment in shares,

I have not tested that scenario. I would suggest to go fot Intragroup Trading

IMG: Financial Supply Chain Management -> Treasury and Risk Management -> Transaction Manager -> General Settings -> Accounting -> Settings for Intragroup Trading -> Indicate Valuation Areas As Relevant for Intragroup Trading
