Hierarchies PARENTH2 and PARENTH3 not available in member selector

Dear Experts,

We are experiencing strange issue in EPM Editor. We are trying to create a report based on new hierarchy PARENTH3. Although the hierarchy has been properly maintained and exist in BPC Admin we cannot find this hierarchy in member selector in BPC Editor.

Furthermore I observed that only PARENTH1 property is available on the drop-down list when we select yellow button "Filter members by properties" (please see the screenshot below). We are missing there PARENTH2 & PARENTH3.

Is that something that needs to be customized once new hierarchy is created?

We have already tried all the quick options like:

• Clear metadata cache
• refresh metadata
• the dimension in question is activated and has "Green" status

Any idea?

In the mean time the issue has been resolved. The root cause was the authorization. In data access profile access was restricted only to one hierarchy.
